Today’s Podcast Teaser is a slightly more serious offering as we (well, I) talk about one of my favourite landmarks when I visit Rome: The Trevi Fountain.
Did you know that the Trevi Fountain was funded by lottery money? Did you know that the lottery was run by the Pope? Did you know the Pope chose the design to spite a young architect called Gallilei… presumably as payback for the whole ‘Earth is flat’ controversy?
